2 pounds ground beef
1 shallot, peeled and minced
2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
1 T parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
6 T butter, cold and finely diced
6 Kaiser rolls, sliced
1 tomatoe, thinly sliced
Lettuce leaves,
Red onion, thinly sliced

Mix beef, shallots, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper. Gently mix--DO NOT overmix. Divide into 6 equal sized pieces nad shape into patties.

Gently press 1 Tbsp of cold, diced butter inot each patty. Refirigerate until ready to cook.

On medium hot grell, grill burgers to desired wellness.

Place on sliced Kaiser rolls, add tomato, onion, lettuce.
