3/4 cup dry elbow macaroni
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 T. Wondra flour
1 1/2 T. margarine
2"-3" section of Velveeta, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the macaroni according to package directions and drain.

Measure the milk and add the Wondra flour and dissolve completely. Pour the milk and flour mixture into a cool sauce pan and add the margarine. Over a medium-high heat stir until it comes to a boil. Continue stirring and cook for an additional minute. Remove from burner and add the Velveeta and stir until it is melted. Add macaroni.

Substitute flour for Wondra. This can easily be doubled. Adjust amount of cheese to your taste.
