2 pork chops, 1 1/2" thick
1/3 c brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 c chili powder
4 onion slices
4 lemon slices

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine brown sugar, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and chili powder. Place pork chops into a casserole dish or baking pan. Pour mixture over chops. Top with onion and lemon slices.
Bake for 1 hour.
