6 apples
1 (14 ounce) package individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
1 tablespoon milk
non stick cooking spray
6 cupcake liners

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, dry and chill apples. Remove stems from apples and press craft stick into top. Spray cupcake liners with non stick cooking spray and set aside. Place unwrapped caramels and milk in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute increments, stirring well after each, until completely melted and smooth (about 3-4 minutes). Dip each apple in melted caramel, coating completely. Scrape excess caramel from bottom of apple and rotate evenly to distribute and allow excess caramel to drip off. Once apple is well coated, place in sprayed cupcake liner and allow to set up in refrigerator. Keep refrigerated as long as possible before serving.
