1/4 c chopped onion
1/4 c chopped green peppers
3 tbsp butter
1 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp paprika
1 - 15 oz can tomato sauce (marinara)
1 lb elbows (#35)

Directions:
Directions:
Using a large heavy skillet on a burner oven over a steady over heat, saute onions and peppers in butter for 5 minutes. Add ground beef, crumbling it in with a fork. Cook until browned, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir in sauce, mixing and blending well. Heat thoroughly. Cook elbows and turn into skillet, blending well. Cook another 5 minutes.
