1 large egg white
1/2 c skim milk
1 tbsp corn oil
1/2 tsp artificial sweetener
1 c white flour
1 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c bran cereal
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Slightly beat egg white with a fork. Add milk, corn oil and sweetener. Combine remaining dry ingredients. Pour milk mixture into dry ingredients, mix with a fork. Don't overmix. Oil muffin pans lightly. Pour in batter and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
