2 tsp. salt
1 heaping tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 chopped hard boiled egg
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
2/3 c. olive oil
2 tsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. thick cream
Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
Dash of Tabasco

Blend for a few seconds in blender. If not thick enough, add a raw egg and blend again.

I first tasted this wonderful vinaigrette at Jane Elizabeth's mother's 30th birthday party in La Jolla. The recipe was given to me by Jane Rich, a dear friend of Carol's who prepared the food for that wonderful party.
