Lemon Fish Roll Ups Recipe

1/3 C butter
1/3 C lemon juice
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 T tabasco sauce
1 C cooked rice
1-2 head of broccoli, chopped
1 C grated sharp cheddar cheese
8 fish fillets, about 2 lbs.
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in sauce pan, add lemon juice, bouillon, and tabasco.

Cook chopped broccoli slightly in the microwave and drain.

Combine rice, broccoli, cheese, and 1/4 C lemon butter sauce.
Divide among filets, placing on center of filet.
Roll up, using a toothpick to hold in place.

Place in a baking dish and pour remaining sauce over.
Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
