2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves
2 1/2 cans tomatos
2 6oz. cans tomato paste
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 bay leaf mashed
1 cup mushroom pieces
1 tsp. worcester sauce
3 drops tobasco sauce
8 strips lasagna
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
cook beef in oil 10 min. add onion cook slightly add remaining ingredients and heat. Cook 8 strips of lasagne in water for 10 min. drain & blanch with cold water drain on papper towel. Slice or grate 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese & 1/2 parmesan cheese. Put layer of sauce on bottom then (4) lasagna then mozzarella sprinkle with parmesan. Repeat end with sauce. Bake 30 - 40 min. At 350
