1/2 cup butter
2 cups all purpose flour
1 egg
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup pecans chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and add brown sugar. Blend well beating rapidly. Add egg and continue to beat well. Stir in flour one cup at a time beating well after each. Stir in nuts and make long rolls. Roll in flour on waxed paper. Roll up each roll in paper and freeze. When you take them out slice into thin rounds and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350º for 15 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
