chicken cutlets
1 box stuffing mix (e.g. Stove Top)
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup.
grated cheese (mozzarella, swiss or monterey jack)
French fried onions (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice chicken cutlets in half and place on bottom of Pyrex dish. Cover with already prepared stuffing. Pour over this 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup which is diluted with 1/2 a can of milk. Put grated mozzarella, swiss or monterey jack cheese on top. Bake about 40 minutes at 375º.
Optional: About 10 minutes before it's done, sprinkle with french fried onions.
