1 pkg marble cake mix
4 eggs
2 lbs Ricotta cheese
1 tsp vanilla

Icing:
1 small pkg instant Chocolate Pudding
1 cup low-fat milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Follow directions on box to make cake mix. Bake in a 9x13 pan, set aside. Mix eggs, ricotta cheese and vanilla. Spoon over cake batter and smooth as best as possible. Bake for 1 hour at 350º until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.
Beat pudding mix, milk and Cool Whip together. Refrigerate until set. Spread on cooled cake. Enjoy!
