1 lb lean ground beef
2 14.5 oz. cans beef broth
3 cups frozen pasta with broccoli, corn, and carrots in garlic seasoned sauce
1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 5.5 oz. can tomato juice (or 2/3 cup no-salt tomato juice)
2 tsp dried Italian seasoning, crushed
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

In a large saucepan, cook ground beef until brown. Drain off fat. Stir in beef broth, pasta with vegetables, undrained tomatoes, tomato juice, and Italian seasoning. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until vegetables and pasta are tender. To serve, ladle soup into soup bowls. Sprinkle each with Parmesan cheese.
