1 1/2 lb meatloaf mix
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 can tomato paste
1 cup water
1 lb egg bows

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion in butter and oil. Add meatloaf mix and simmer for 10 minutes. Add tomato paste, nutmeg and water. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over egg bows.
