2 lbs ground beef
2 large eggs
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1/3 cup Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce (w/more for topping)
1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. In a large bowl, combine the beef, eggs, bread crumbs, 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce, onion and ketchup. Shape loaf in a baking/roasting pan. Sprinkle the top with additional Worcestershire sauce. Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until internal temp. is 160ºF. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
