13 oz. bag of Doritos
2 tbsp onion, grated
10 oz. can chili w/beans
10 oz. can enchilada sauce
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2c shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 375. Crumble 6 cups Doritos with your hands in large bowl. Add onion, chili, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce and 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese to the crumbled Doritos. Stir to combine. Place mixture into an 8 1/2 x 11 casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven. Spread 1 1/4 cups sour cream over the top of the casserole. Top with remaining 2 cups Doritos. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Bake for another 5 minutes then serve.
