-1 pound chopped sirloin or ground chuck
-2 (16 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
-2 (16 oz.) cans red kidney beans
-1 onion
-1 green pepper
-2 1/2 tbsp. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
-Brown chopped meat, crumbled with chopped onion and green pepper.
-Transfer to pot and add tomatoes, kidney beans, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
-Bring to a boil and then let simmer covered for 1 hour.
-Add more chili powder or some red hot if you prefer it hotter.
