11/2 c.finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
4 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
5 tbsp. melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
11/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. key lime juice
1 tbsp. grated lime peel

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease 13X 9 baking pan.
2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and flour in large bowl. Add melted butter to cracker mixture in 2 parts, stirring until mixture in thoroughly moist and crumbly.
3. Press crust evenly into bottom of pan and bake 15 minutes; set aside.
4. Place cream cheese and granulated sugar in large bowl, beating mixture until smooth and creamy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add lime juice and lime, mixing just until combined.
5. Pour filling over warm crust. Bake in center of oven 15 to 20 minutes or until filling is set and begins to separate from sides of pan.
6. Cool on wire rack 2 hours. Using sharp knife, cut into 2-inch bars.
