1 1/4 Cup Cornmeal mix
1 Cup Buttermilk (with 1 teaspoon soda mixed in it)
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Crisco Oil
1 Cup Creamstyle Corn
1 - 2 Jalapeno Peppers, diced (Optional)
1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
2 Eggs

Mix all ingredients well and pour into a greased baking dish. Bake at 400º for approximately 25 Minutes or till well browned.
