4 Idaho baking potatoes, cut into chunks
1/2 cup butter melted
1/4 c. dried onion flakes
1 t. garlic salt
2 t. sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. In large plastic bag, add all ingredients.
Be generous with the onion flakes and sea salt. Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes into shallow baking pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
