Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400 Degrees. Boil the Macaroni in a large pot, drain and let cool. Melt 1 stick of Margarine in a pan and add 3 Tablespoons of Flour. Mix the combination well and add 2 1/2 - 3 Cups Milk. While the mixture is heating add 2 sticks of Sharp Cheddar Cheese (thinly sliced). Place the cooked Macaroni in a casserole dish (no need to spray or grease). After the cheese has melted into the mixture, pour the sauce over the macaroni. Mix well and then slice the remaining stick of Cheddar Cheese. Place the sliced Cheese on top of the macaroni and place in oven. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
