1 small smoked bluefish filet 1 8oz package of low fat cream cheese
coarse black pepper
a little white wine
smoked paprika

Directions:
Directions:
1. Process the bluefish filet until it is in very fine pieces.
2. Add the cream cheese and process till very smooth. Add white wine making sure you donít make the pate too loose. It should be creamy Öso the crackers donít break.
3. Add a generous amount of coarsely ground black pepper and stir. Sprinkle with smoked paprika
4. Serve cold with unsalted crackers. Serves 6-8
