3 lbs. chicken legs 1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix 1 (12oz) bottle of beer
Remove the skin from the chicken legs and place the chicken in the slow cooker. Mix the beer with the Italian dressing and mix in a medium sized bowl; pour over the chicken legs. Cook covered on low setting 8-10 hours. Variation: Skip the beer and the dry Italian mix and instead use a bottle of Italian dressing. Just pour it over the chicken.
