1 cup of water 1/2 cup of oil 3/4 tsp salt 1/2 tbl sugar 1 3/4 cup of matzo meal 6 eggs 1 finely diced onion 2 tbl of poppyseeds
Boil the oil and the water, once you have hit a rolling boil add salt and remove from heat. Add matzo meal, add eggs one at a time, beating each one in. Grease cooksheet with lip. Place large spoonsful for each Roll, add onion and poppyseed to top. Cook at 425 degrees for 15 minutes and then 350 degrees at 15 minutes.
