Dressing: 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds, 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds, 1/4 tsp. paprika, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. olive or canola oil, 1/4 c. tarragon vinegar, 2 heaping tbsp. strawberry jam, 1/2 red onion finely minced.

2 bags baby spinach, 1 qt. strawberries sliced.

Directions:
Directions:
For dressing, mix all ingredients and let stand for several hours.

Toss with spinach and strawberries and serve.
