1. Put cornflakes in a large bowl. 2. In a large saucepan, combine sugar and syrup. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add in butter and peanut butter. Stir until melted and well mix. 3. Pour over cornflakes and mix well. 4. Spoon by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper. Cool. Makes about 4 dozen.
