9 med potatoes 6 slices bacon ¾ C chopped onion 2 T flour 2 T sugar 2 tsp salt dash pepper ¾ C water 1/3 C vinegar
Fry bacon. Remove bacon from pan….brown & cook chopped onion in drippings Add flour to thicken add rest of the ingredients – crumble & add cooked bacon Then put in casserole to finish cooking - - bake at 350 till done.
