6-8 medium red potatoes (cooked until tender)

1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup bacon bits (I used real bacon)
2 TBL. parsley flakes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups crushed corn flakes and
1/4 cup melted butter (mixed)

Cook potatoes until tender. Leave skins on & cut into quarters-set aside
dressing, sour cream, bacon, parsley & cheese.
Pour over potatoes & mix thoroughly.
Put mixture into greased baking dish.
Top with an additional 1/2 C cheddar cheese plus the corn flakes & melted butter mixture.
Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes (uncovered)
