2 medium sweet potatoes ½ tsp olive oil salt & black pepper to taste
Dipping Sauce: ½ cup honey Dijon barbeque sauce ½ cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Peel potatoes. Slice potatoes in half lengthwise and then quarter using a garnisher. Place into a bowl or large zip-lock bag, add oil and toss to coat. Place on baking stone or cookie sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender and slightly crisp. Season fries with salt & pepper and serve with dip.
