1 tsp. unsalted butter
4 large eggs
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp grated nutmeg
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup Grand Marnier liquer
2 cups 1/2 & 1/2
8 slices day-old french bread, crust removed, cut into 1/2 " cubes (about 4 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease loaf pan (9 1/4 x 5 1/4 x 2 3/4 size pan) with butter. Whisk eggs, sugar, spices, vanilla, melted chocolate and liquer until very smooth. Add 1/2 & 1/2 and mix well. Add the bread and let mixture set for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour 1/2 of the mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle top with unmelted chocolate chips. Pour remaining bread mixture over chocolate chips. Bake until the pudding is set in the center (about 55 minutes)
