8 plum tomatoes, diced finely
cup onions, diced finely
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
cup fresh basil
1 clove garlic, minced
teaspoon pepper
cup olive oil
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar

Directions:

Mix and taste all ingredients; adjust flavors as you see fit.
Serve on toasted baguette slices or with any type of simple crackers.
