1 box Parmesan couscous
1 bunch of fresh asparagus
1/2 c. light caesar dressing
2-3 chicken breasts (medium)
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare couscous according to box directions.
Preheat oven to broil.
Steam asparagus in microwave safe bowl with 3 tablespoons of water for 3 minutes or until asparagus is tender.
Reserve 1/4 cup of caesar dressing for basting chicken. Place chicken breasts on broiler pan and baste with 1/2 the reserved dressing. Broil for 5-7 minutes. Turn chicken and brush with other half of reserved dressing. Broil an additional 5-7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Thinly slice chicken.
Toss the couscous with chicken, asparagus, remaining dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan if desired.
