2 tsp olive oil
1 large onion coarsely chopped
1 med. green bell pepper seeded and chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1 can chicken broth
1 can Mexican style stewed tomatoes
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can refried beans
1/4 tsp ground cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in Dutch oven or soup pot. Add in chopped onion and pepper, cook until tender. Add garlic, broth and tomatoes with their juice. Heat on high. Drain and rinse black beans and kidney beans, add to soup pot. Add refried beans and cumin, stir well. Let soup come to a boil. Simmer until heated through. Serve with shredded cheese, a dollop of sour cream and your favorite brand of tortilla chip.
