1 unbaked pie shell
4-6 large apples, peeled and sliced
1 t. cinnamon
1 c. sugar, divided
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Toss apples with cinnamon and 1/2 c. sugar. Place in unbaked pie shell. Blend with fork, 1/2 c. sugar, flour and butter. Sprinkle on top of apples. Bake in preheated 450º oven for 10 minutes, then bake in 350º oven 40 minutes. Watch the crust.... if turning brown, cover crust area with foil.
