garlic, crushed
soy sauce
olive oil
Montreal Steak Spice
Cattle Boyz BBQ Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
First, you MUST find the most tender steak you can, suggested beef tenderloin. Rub olive oil all over steak. On one side first, sprinkle steak spice and crushed garlic generously and mush it in to the meat with a fork. Pour soy sauce all over. Flip and repeat on the other side. Make sure there is extra sauce in the plate that can soak in to the meat while marinating. Turn every 15 minutes in the marinate for 1- 1 1/2 hrs before BBQ. Grill at medium heat until cooked to your liking, using plenty of Cattle Boyz BBQ Sauce while grilling. You can not use to much of anything with this recipe. Anyone who eats this will be begging for the recipe. That is Dan's guarantee!!
