1 Tbsp. Olive oil
1/4 lb. bacon, diced
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. sweet onion, chopped
1 tsp. minced garlic
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. tomato sauce
1 c. fresh pineapple, chopped or canned tidbits
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

4 Kaiser rolls
Yellow cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place olive oil in large skillet over med-high heat. Cook bacon in pan until crispy and remove to small bowl. Add ground beef to pan with bacon fat and cook until no longer pink. Add onion and garlic to pan and cook until soft. While meat and veggies are cooking, mix brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire and tomato sauce in small bowl
Pour into skillet with meat and cook about 1 minute. Add pineapple, salt and pepper. Serve in rolls and sprinkle with cheese.
