3 cups of all purpose flour
2 cups of sugar
1 tsp baking soda
3 eggs well beaten
1 cup of cooking oil
1 cup of chopped pecans
1 1/2 tsp of vanilla
8 ounce can crushed pineapple and juice
2 cups of chopped bananas

Frosting:
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup of butter softened
1 pound of powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first three ingredients in a large bowl. Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. ( Do not beat.) Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans, and bananas.. Mix well. Spoon batter into 3 well greased, 9 inch cake pans, Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

For frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, beat until fluffy.
