2 c. uncooked white rice
3 c. chicken broth (or enough to cover rice"first knuckle high" in a rice cooker)
1/2 c. pinenuts (or more if you like)
1/2 c. onion, chopped and sautéed in butter
1-2 T. parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Make rice as you normally would in a rice cooker, except substitute chicken broth for water. While rice is cooking, saute the onion in a little butter and toast the pinenuts until lightly brown. When rice is finished, transfer to a serving dish and combine with other ingredients, including the chopped parsley.
