2- 10 0z. pkgs. frozen Chopped Broccoli,
1- can Cream Of Chicken Soup,
2- Eggs beaten,
1- small Onion chopped,
1- cup Mayonnaise,
1- cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese,
Ritz or other Crackers ( crushed )
salt & pepper to taste.

Directions:
Thaw broccoli and cook in boiling water about 5 mins. and drain. In bowl mix soup, eggs, onion, mayo, salt, pepper and cheese. Add broccoli to this mixture and pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle top with crushed crackers. Bake at 325 to 350
until crackers are lightly browned and bubbly.
