3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Accent
1 white onion, sliced
1 or 2 cucumbers, sliced thin
1 c. shredded carrots
1 tsp. parsley flakes
8 oz. box penne noodles

Directions:
Boil pasta per directions. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over cooked pasta. Serve chilled.
