Meatloaf:

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg (beaten)
1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 pkg Lawry's Taco Seasoning


Topping:

1 medium tomato
1/2 cup sliced green onions
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp salsa
1/2 tsp Lawry's Seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meatloaf ingredients together. Place in greased loaf pan. Mix topping ingredients together and spoon over top of meatloaf. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
