1 can cresant rolls - I use Big & Flaky
1 Jimmy Dean hot sausage
1 bag shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
On wax paper, sprinkle with flour.
Roll out cresant rolls, sprinkle flour on top of rolls and on rolling pin. Roll out but not too thin, pinching seams as needed.
Empty sausage on top of rolls. Using fingers, knife to spread the sausage so it covers rolls.
Sprinkle a layer of cheese on top.
Roll up (like a log) and wrap in saran wrap. Freeze overnight.
Remove from freezer and let thaw about 15 minutes so you are able to cut and make one inch slices.
Spray a cooking sheet with Pam and cook slices on 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until brown. **Careful not to burn.
