1 c yellow corn meal
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 c buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
4-5 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
1 small onion
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 8oz can cream style corn
1 1/2 c grated cheddar cheese
3 jalapeno's seeded and chopped

Mix all together in a large mixing bowl and pour into a hot, WELL greased (with all the bacon drippings) black iron skillet and Bake for 20-25 minutes @ 450.

If you do not have a skillet you can use a rectangular cake pan. Watch your time and temp.
