1 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sherry
1/4 cup strong brewed coffee
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp. dried mustard
ground pepper to taste
Chicken legs and or wings
Depending on size of chicken legs.

Arrange chicken in casserole pan. Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken. Marinate at least 1 hour. If you are able to marinate overnight the chicken is much more tender. Cook in oven for 1 - 1 1/2 hours at 375

If using as an appetizer I use one package of wings and one package of drumettes and double the recipe. If using as a chicken dinner marinate I use 6 - 8 large chicken legs.
