2 large hot house cucumbers
8 oz. container of sour cream
1 fresh lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. dill weed (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice the cucumbers (very thin). Squeeze lemon juice into the cucumbers and stir in the sour cream, salt/pepper, and dill weed. Mix well and cover. Chill for at least an hour and serve in ramekins if you want.
