2 c. flour
1 T. Baking Powder
1 stick butter softened
Knead into crumbs
add 1/2 c. sugar or splenda (I use splenda)
3 oz. dried cranberries
3 oz. nuts of choice
2/3 c. buttermilk ( I add 2 T. white vinegar to a little less than 2/3 cup milk

Mix together. Spoon on greased baking sheet and cook 15 minutes at 350º. They should just start to turn brown.
