1 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
1 tsp crushed garlic
1/2 of a large sweet red or yellow pepper, sliced thinly
1/2 of a large sweet green pepper, sliced thinly
1 1/2 cups snow peas
1 large carrot, sliced thinly
1/2 tsp sesame seeds



Sauce:

1 tsp crushed garlic
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp minced gingerroot
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar or white wine vinegar

Directions:
In a small saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients and cook for 3-5 minutes until thickened and syrupy. In large skillet, heat oil. Saute vegetables for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Add sauce to vegetables. Saute for 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender crisp.
