1/4 cup white vinegar 1 Tbsp oil 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 tsp basil 1 tsp mustard 1 Tbsp sugar
Combine ingredients and marinate your choice of chopped vegetables for one hour. (Onions, mushrooms, peppers, asparagus, zucchini, tomatoes.) Grill in vegetable grilling bowl on the BBQ. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
