3 small-medium acorn squash
1 1/2 cups blueberries or saskatoons
1/2 tart apple, peeled and diced
6 Tbsp sugar (to taste)
butter spray

Directions:
Directions:
Cut squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds. In medium bowl, mix rest of ingredients. Fill squash halves with the mixture. Place in an ungreased dish. Add 1/2 cup water around the squash. Cover and bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 10 minutes. Serve immediately. This warm, sweet dish can be served as a dessert or as a light meal.
