1 medium spaghetti squash
1 Tbsp butter
3 medium tomatoes, diced
1 cup ham, cubed
1 cup Alfredo sauce
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut squash in half. Place half on a plate with 1/4 cup water. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 7 minutes. Pull out vegetable strands with a fork. Repeat with other half. Place squash strands, tomatoes and ham in a large frying pan. Heat on medium until heated thoroughly. Add butter. Place on plates and pour 1/4 cup Alfredo sauce on each. Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired.
